Google seems not satisfied with accused Microsoft using “fake patent”. Now Google accused that Microsoft had leaked their secret source code which related with Android operating systems. According to news from PaidContent site, reported that Google has asked the International Trade Commission to impose sanctions on Microsoft after Google’s source code had leaked to the witness when they had problem wih Motorola. According to this report, the witness named Dr. Robert Stevenson has acted as consultant of HP and Microsoft, while Google is seen as ’direct competitor’. As well known, Microsoft filed a lawsuit to Motorola, because Microsoft believes that Motorola Android smartphone considered breaking the patents. Meanwhile, responding to the Google’s accusations, Microsoft said that Stenvenson is only did ‘two or three conversations with Microsoft’s general counsel on related to the printer technology cases ‘.

So it is not clear what “secret code” which has been revealed by Microsoft. Meanwhile, according to the PaidContent, the official response from Microsoft related to these sanctions will be announced on August 15.
