acquisition of Motorola Mobility by Google is not always gets good respond and impression from the vendors which during this time always loyal with Android. One of the vendors is INQ, British Mobile phones vendor.  INQ utilize Android Operating Systems on their Cloud Series. Frank Meehan, CEO of INQ said that they worried with this acquisition. Frank believes a lot of patents which owned by Motorola will be diffused with Android Operating Systems, make patents issues on mobile phones industry becomes warm. Frank also added,” We saw a lot of vendors who are very serious to considering Windows Phones as main operating systems and as a result we can follow their movement. Frank also pushed that INQ could avoid any legal problem in the future by choosing Windows Phone OS. It seems like that they also didn’t want to be kick because problem which related with patents issues.
